RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT In consideration of being permitted to participate in laser-tag activities organized by Laser Tag Los Angeles ("the Company"), the undersigned participant (or, if the participant is a minor, the parent/legal guardian signing on their behalf) agrees as follows: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand and acknowledge that participation in laser-tag events involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to: collisions with other participants, obstacles, or equipment; tripping, falling, or slipping on uneven terrain; eye strain from laser light; physical exertion; and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all such risks. 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Laser Tag Los Angeles, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to my participation in any Laser Tag Los Angeles event, including those caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. 3. INDEMNIFICATION I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that they may incur due to my participation in events, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. 4. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION I authorize the Released Parties to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so myself, and I agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment. 5. PHOTO & MEDIA CONSENT (SEPARATE) Photo and video consent is handled separately below. 6. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. 7. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT I have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. I am 18 years of age or older, or if signing for a minor, I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to sign on their behalf.
